Watch Fire event at the American Legion Post 45, 835 Hanover Rd, South Meriden, Sunday, June 9.  Gates open at noon. Ceremony begins at 2 pm.

Bring your worn, tattered, faded flags to the Legion for proper retirement. Learn the history and meaning of our American Flag.  Enjoy food/ drink for purchase and music.

One of the largest on the east coast.  Over 3000 American and POW flags laid to rest.
