The State of Connecticut has recently allowed access to its' Criminal and Motor Vehicle Arrest Database. If you are conducting a background check on an employee, trying to screen who your teenager can ride in a car with, or looking up potential renters, this may be a good place to start.

The State of Connecticut maintains the Sex Offender Registry, a listing of all convicted sex offenders who reside in the state. Sex Offenders must register their current address with the State Police every 90 days. The Sex Offender Registry is available to members of the public.
