Meriden food service licenses expire December 31, 2024. Return your completed application with the appropriate fee no later than December 31, 2024 to the Meriden Health Department.
A food service license will NOT be issued unless the Tax Department signs off on the application, as well.
Please note that City offices are closed on December 25 and January 1 for the holidays.
