The City of Meriden Health & Human Services Department is proud announce that they have received a 2026 AARP Community Challenge capacity building microgrant to address disaster preparedness for seniors. They are the only CT agency to receive the grant in this category, which will be used to educate the city's seniors about emergency and disaster preparedness and response.
