The Human Resources Department negotiates and handles all employee benefits; health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and pension (Police, Fire, Municipal, and 457 plans). The Human Resources Director is the Secretary of the Municipal Pension Board and reviews all retirements and pension issues. The Human Resources Department conducts training sessions on pension and retirement.
