Connecticut – including Meriden - is adopting the FDA Food Code on July 1, 2018.
This class will help prepare your food service establishment meet the new Certified Food Protection Manager requirements (formerly Qualified Food Operator). This class will be facilitated by Environmental Health staff using Prometric training materials. Classes are 8 hours total divided into 2 half-day trainings. Attendance at both days is required.
