On Liberty, Newton and Orient streets, where Meriden Water Division contractors continue to perform cleaning and lining work, some residents reported no water service Monday morning. It was determined some temporary, above ground, pipes had frozen due to the overnight temperatures.
The situation was being rectified Monday morning for the impacted residents. The Water Division is hand delivering the attached notices to homes on these streets.
